Ditto price grabber and epinions. Maybe it's a recent glitch, maybe they've vanished. Personally, I have a pair of gloves on order since the middle of April 2008 (marked "in stock and ready") and so far a week without a reply on their help desk email system. I ordered a jacket and gloves from another retailer and got the items in four days. Tomorrow I'll be attempting again to cancel my order, if that fails I'm going to call my credit card company.
